We enjoy a trolley stop at the front door of our office that adds a unique urban attraction to our location. Our location has not only been attractive to our clientele given the increase in urban housing developments including our McCarver Village, but it has been appealing to perspective Realtors® as well.
In late 2008, Terry viewed the recession as a great opportunity to expand. Terry moved the real estate firm to 3906 South 74th Street in Tacoma, WA. As you know the real estate market continued to fall for the next several years. In august 2010 Terry closed his real estate company and went to work for Joe Maxwell at Better Homes and Garden Pacific Commons located at 5620 112th St East Puyallup WA.
Terry is back selling real estate, working on the farm and operating an animal rescue facility.
